Room Care Employee (m/f/d)

About us:

Tasks:
- Maintenance cleaning: floors, surfaces, sanitary areas, kitchens/social rooms, offices, meeting rooms.
- Round/basic cleaning: windows, lights, bases, hard-to-reach areas according to plan.
- Waste management: waste separation, disposal according to specifications (including recycling).
- Materials management: Check stocks of cleaning/disinfecting agents and consumables regularly, store them properly and report requirements promptly to the purchasing department.
- Equipment maintenance: Clean vacuum cleaners, cleaning machines & aids, report defects.
- Documentation: Work through cleaning plans, keep checklists/protocols, report deviations.
- Safety & hygiene: Use PPE, comply with hazardous substances instructions (SDS), report accidents/near misses.
- Clean room cleaning according to plan (e.g. ISO 14644 compliant).
- changing room/lock processes in accordance with hygiene and dress codes (hood, gowns, overshoes, gloves).
Responsibilities and competencies:
- Compliance with instructions, hygiene and clothing regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14644 and occupational safety.
- Reporting of deviations, damage, pest infestations, accidents/near misses.
- Immediate information to hygiene officers/qm if contamination is suspected.
- Participation in audits (provide evidence/checklists).
- Suggestions for continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen).
Qualification:
Technically:
- Experience in building cleaning/industrial cleaning Cleaning; ideally cleanroom experience.
- Knowledge of hygiene, disinfection, contamination prevention; safe reading of instructions.
- Basic understanding of documentation; good spoken and written German skills.
Personally:
- Reliability, care, punctuality, high quality and hygiene awareness.
- Ability to work in a team and work independently; resilience (physical activity).
- Discipline when it comes to dressing/conduct; discretion in sensitive areas.
Quality management requirements
- Work according to validated cleaning/disinfection procedures, including Contact hours.
- Complete documentation (who, what, when, with what, where; including batches).
- Audit-compliant filing in accordance with document management.
- Compliance with instructions, hygiene and dress codes as well as hazardous substances instructions (SDB, BA).
